INDGROW ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and outlining our platform rules.
1. Zero Credentials Data Protection
Indgrow prioritizes secure, client-side data protection. We operate entirely via public link routing. We will never request, store, or access your social media account passwords, administrative access, or sensitive account credentials. You are strictly advised never to share account passwords with anyone claiming to represent Indgrow.
2. Metric Stability & Fluctuations (The "Drop" Clause)
The Buyer acknowledges that third-party social platforms frequently run global algorithmic cleanups, bot purges, and profile sweeping operations.
- While Indgrow utilizes premium, optimized deployment strategies to ensure the highest stability, minor fluctuations (drops) in delivered metrics may occur post-delivery.
- Any drop in metric quantities caused by a third-party social media platform update or cleanup is outside of Indgrow’s direct operational control.
- Fulfilling a package does not include a permanent lifelong guarantee of the exact metric count unless explicitly stated inside a specific custom premium retainer.
3. Processing Speed & Queue Allocation
Upon successful transaction verification, your order is allocated to our processing queue. Delivery timelines are subject to global network queues, platform traffic volume, and verification protocols. Indgrow does not guarantee exact, minute-by-minute delivery windows. Delays caused by sudden updates to social media infrastructure do not constitute a failure of service delivery on our part.
4. Information We Collect
- Personal: Full name, email address
- Social media: Instagram username, post/reel URL
- Payment: Processed by Razorpay — we don't store card details
- Order data: Invoice number, service, status, timestamps
5. How We Use Your Information
- To process and deliver orders
- To generate invoices and send confirmation emails
- To provide customer support
- To improve our services
6. Third-Party Services
We use: Razorpay (payments), Firebase (data storage), EmailJS (emails), Vercel (hosting).
